Flexlyte builds AI personalized workout plans and on demand video tutorials that make training efficient and measurable. A clean dashboard tracks progress, while tiered memberships and one click trials remove friction to getting started.
Client Background:
Flexlyte is a smart fitness platform that generates AI personalized workout plans, delivers on demand video tutorials, and visualizes user progress through an intuitive dashboard. Built for busy professionals and home-trainers, Flexlyte offers tiered memberships and a frictionless trial flow but struggled to gain organic visibility in a crowded fitness market.
Challenge:
Despite a polished product, Flexlyte saw low organic discovery, poor app store visibility, and weak conversion from site visitors to trial signups. The primary goals were to increase organic traffic, improve app-store installs, and raise trial conversion rates without heavily increasing paid acquisition spend.
Solution:
The growth team implemented a combined SEO + ASO + CRO program focused on discoverability, content, and conversion:
Keyword research & targeting: ran an intent-focused audit to capture high value queries like “AI workout plan for beginners”, “home strength program no equipment”, and long tail phrases targeting busy professionals. Mapped keywords to landing pages and blog topics.
